I’m sorry for being a release scene boomer everybody, but why are hardsubs bad and inconvenient? Is there a reason as to why they are so?

Hardsubs degrade the video quality, since the subtitles become part of the video. Furthermore, any typos or edits cannot be fixed without a new release.

Because you have to re encode the video to burn them.
If you have to fix something or user wants to edit them in any way, it cant be done.
Compatibility isnt really an issue anymore as every half decent device plays softsubs

We are working on the second episode, but it has come to our attention that the audio and video are sadly out of sync and our RAW provider could not fix the issue. According to team member Diamond EDGE: The video freezes for a few frames which creates said desync. We checked the rest of the episodes, and they are okay. With that I, Ligudink, would like to announce the following:

1. The episode WILL be released with the faulty video since my only other choice would be putting my subs over the indonesian hardsubs(could not find softsubs at all)
2. I will try purchasing a copy of the first volume of the DVD when I get enough money to do and then do a fixed release.

@Rocksas Hey, I have the RAW ver. of this series… Yeah… Finally got it after swimming in the world of torrent for a few years… Maybe gonna upload it on nyaa later… but please if you want to sub this series, do softsub, you can do hardsub but just put it in your website or create two version of the torrent (hardsub & softsub)
