So this is the AI translation company, huh? How is the translation, am I better off rereading the scanlations?

@Blanchimont I read through the entire volume and honestly they did a decent job. I caught a handful of spelling and formatting mistakes here and there but given the breakneck pace at which they localize these volumes (1-2 days per volume) it's pretty well-constructed. The humor flows nicely and is easy to understand with minimal liberties taken and this series is hilarious. Note that Orange's AI tech only replaces the initial translation pass to speed things up and cut costs. Actual Japanese-speaking editors do scan each page and make edits and fixes as needed. So it's not Google Translate-tier or anything heh
AI is perfect for translations, especially now that some translators/localizers are pushing their agenda's instead of translating properly. It also reduces cost, so we might get more series and quicker. Not all AI is evil! Yes in this case it "took their jobs", but if your job can be done by a bit of code you might want to start looking for something else to do. Toilets will need scrubbing even in a world with AI.
>especially now that some translators/localizers are pushing their agenda’s instead of translating properly. Hey BakaTheThird, contact me on discord, I have some wonderful investment opportunities for you!
